Fraude de servicio.

Hola, vuelvo a exponer el tema ya que no lo han entendido. 1-Hice la reserva por su página hoteles.com en el Hotel San Emeterio de Isla , unicamente porque admitían perros. 2-Nos presentamos el 25 de agosto en dicho establecimiento y nos deniegan la entrada porque no admiten perros, dejándonos en la calle y sin buscarnos una solución. 3-En su página de hoteles.com indica claramente que se admiten mascotas, lo cual es publicidad engañosa. El establecimiento por su parte nos denegó la entrada sin ofrecerme una solución. 4-No hemos podido disfrutar de las vacaciones ya que no teníamos donde alojarnos. 5- Exigimos el reembolso dadas las circunstancias pero no han atendido a nuestras explicaciones y quejas lo que nos ha supuesto un perjuicio. En este punto si no atienden y nos compensan por lo que ya consideramos un fraude acudiremos a la vía legal. Si Vd. es una máquina y no nos puede dar respuesta. solicitamos nos responda o atienda una persona responsable de estos asuntos, buen por teléfono o por mal. Esperamos su respuesta.
