This quiet Adobe Style Condo has Pine Logs incorporated throughout the

interior and Vintage Style Hardwood Floors in the entry way and kitchen. The

interior of the Condo is comfortable, homey and gives you the mountain feeling

the minute you walk through the door. The floor plan is open and great for

entertaining. On the main floor you have the kitchen, dining area and living

area in addition to 1 of the bathrooms. Just off the living area is a huge

slider door with large windows letting in plenty of light and takes you onto a

private deck where you can sit and listen to the creek run by when the snow is

melting off, very peaceful. Enjoy your coffee in the morning a good book in

the afternoon or a glass of wine in the evening. From this level you access

the beautiful spiral adobe stair case leading to the loft that is open bright

and has 2 twin beds with plenty of floor space. Down the stairs on the bottom

level there is 2 additional bedrooms and another full bath in addition to the

full size washer and dryer. In bedroom 1 there is a Queen size bed and in

bedroom 2 there is a Bunk with a Queen Size Bed on the bottom and a twin on

the top. This room also has a slider leading to a patio which over looks the

quite meadow and creek as well. Patio access does not have access during the

winter months. This room has a TV and DVD, great place for the kids. It's 5

minutes from the Village where there is a General Store, Dining Choices, Post

Office and Lodge is located. You are also close to the Adventure Company where

they have summer and winter sports rentals (Cross Country Skiing, Boat

Rentals, Bike Rentals and more....) Winter, Summer or Fall come stay and play

in Bear Valley, you can't go wrong with this quite beautiful condo.
