I could give it 5 stars if it weren't for the treatment that the employees give to the guests, except those at the lobby bar are super nice the rest are horrible, treat it as if we were there for free. The food is very good, the location of the hotel is also great, only the renovation of the pool was bad. Hotel has very little activity, usually the all inclusive have

The room was clean and all organized. Clean bathroom. 24 hrs restaurant service. Staff very gentle. Just one thing... my room's lock didn't close safely because all the the locks over there are old in which conventional keys are used. Time to change for newest locks.

Precisamos solicitar a troca. O hotel ofereceu secador de cabelo. Mas não estava disponível no quarto. Solicitamos o aparelho à recepção. O secador não chegou. Tínhamos compromisso; precisei descer e pedir novamente.

E no vaso sanitario?? Estava sujo de fezes de hospede anterior. So nao sai dali correndo pois minha filha pequena ja estava no banho. Lamentavel.
