This is our second stay at this Hotel and would highly recommend. The staff were very welcoming and really helpful. The room was spacious, clean, newly renovated and very well appointed. Yes to all. The rooms/suites in the (?) East Wing are a stand out in terms of quality and value. This was our 4th stay and there is a consistency here that is rarely found in other similar accommodation.

We stayed at the Country Comfort Hotel in Armidale for three nights in early December 2025. Our room was an Executive King Suite with Kitchenette - and it was exceptional! This review is specifically about that room type, as there are other room classes that we didn’t see or stay in. The owners have set a new, very high standard for the quality that can be delivered in a regional hotel. The building that the suites are in is a new single-storey building, behind the original two-storey motel. The room looked and felt brand new and had great features ensuring a very comfortable stay. Amenities included T2 teas, bottled water, coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and delicious biscuits. All were replenished daily. Bathroom was great with a good shower. Bed was very comfortable, and the block-out curtains were effective. Reception staff and housekeeping staff were all friendly and professional in their interactions with guests. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and I hope that I get to stay here again soon.
