We were there for 5 days, and the rubbish was not removed, the room was not cleaned, and coffee was not replenished during the whole time. The breakfast was very basic, and the shower was very low and over a bathtub. The good point was that the air conditioner worked and the room was comfortably large, but the bed was very hard!

Reception not attended but phoned and Clerk arrived quickly. Check in -fine and receptionist kind and polite. Room clean but sliding screen on exit to carpark did not work, as it appears do a number of others. Had stayed years ago and this motel WAS top class. Sadly basic maintenance has been woefully neglected.

The pictures feel like false advertising. We realized it wasn’t a new hotel but I think it needs a lot of work. It feels like a convent inside. We picked the hotel based on a review saying it was a great breakfast. We were sadly disappointed and drove to McDonald’s. The bed was clean enough but not comfortable at all. If you are needing something in a pinch then I guess this is the place to be. Also, don’t expect to go in the pool. It looks like someone’s backyard pool that they have never cleaned.

The rooms were nice and comfortable with great a/c. Reception was nice with very friendly staff. The overall appearance needs a lot of work. Pool was slimey. Sauna broken. Spa empty with hoses and electrical cords out the windows. Weeds in the garden a foot high. The first impression driving in was not what it appeared online…. Laundry piled up in hallways and picnic grass area full of burs and long weeds. It’s sad to see this great hotel run down on the outside as it takes the whole package to charge the high price we paid for a “family friendly” stop over. It’s hard to rate the overall a 3 but not fair as a 2 when the rooms and staff were really good.

The room was clean, as was the bathroom.. no tea towel though so we couldn’t dry cups for secondary use. Staff were courteous and very helpful
