Stop on the way to the airport

Ok hotel for a couple of nights. Basic room but clean and appropriate. Quite far away from the city centre but there is a bus stop immediately outside the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Ales the start of a long walk across France.

We wanted to stayan extra night but they wouldn'tagree to that as we got a reduced rate and they wouldnot alter the days at the same rate so we stayed at a fantastic apartment right in Arles and it was great and they were happy to change days for us. We ended up staying longer as it was a great place with a real friendly atmospher.

Filthy, disgusting, rude, unhelpful

Very dirty room, bed had cigarette burns, carped was sticky around the bed, staff unhelpful, place looked very uncared for. Premier class was better.

Great Place to Stay on a Budget!

The Balladin had everything we needed for our stay in Arles. The bathroom was always clean and fully functioning. The room itself was always clean and comfortable. The maid service was very good. The front desk was always helpful. The security of the room and the parking lot was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

A Bargain in Arles, But Don't Expect Luxuries

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room we had was very small but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was some noise from the hall and one night it was very windy - a mistral - and the whining of the wind around the window made it difficult to sleep, although the hotel can not be blamed for the weather. The lobby was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate for 7,50 euro. There was free wi-fi but it was very slow. There were lots of brochures about things to see in the area in the lobby. The hotel was about 10 minutes from the old town of Arles and less than two minutes to the highway out of the city heading toward Avignon. However, it is in a neighbourhood that was very run down and, as two women, we would not have felt safe going out after dark. There is no restaurant but a nearby restaurant will deliver and there was a menu in the room. The food was very average. We felt that the price we paid was reflected in the quality of the hotel and that we got value for our money.

Séjour Sans problémes Car nous avons éte prevenus la veille d une panne de chaudiere Donc pas d eau chaude Nous avons confirmé la réservation Une offre 2 petits déjeuner nous avait éte faite. Personnel a l accueil trés trés gentil Propreté et lit tv ok Mais moquette vieille et tachee Double et lavabo a changer. Le plus Animaux acceptés Et bonne situation pour visiter la ville .

HĂŽtel trop ancien qui apparemment aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ© depuis 1 an et demi. Pas de climatisation un ventilateur Ă  disposition une porte fenĂȘtre qui ne ferme pas donc moquette imbibĂ©e par forte pluie une salle de bain vĂ©tuste....mais un personnel souriant serviable qui explique la situation de l'Ă©tablissement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Si pas rĂ©novĂ© pas de retour de notre part.
