The bed was comfortable, but the room was quite noisy — we could hear every sound from the neighbouring rooms. The bathroom is old and would really need an update. It was fine for a short stay, but not ideal for a restful night.

This property was a little further from the main area than we are used to but not too bad. Room had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. There is no elevator so that was really tough with luggage. Parking was good on site.

Overall good value. Friendly staff, good breakfast. But keep in mind a couple issues: there is no elevator (and we stayed on the top floor), and the shower needed some upgrading.

The hotel and staff are excellent. The hotel itself is poorly situated for anyone hoping to spend time in Arles Centre. Taxi are inconvenient and expensive. Bus are reliable until 8pm. Restaurants are rare in the area. No car? Don’t stay here. The staff ordered a taxi for me that never arrived. I missed my train because of that.

The front desk staff was exceptional - knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! The rooms were quite large, clean and despite the location beside a major route, we were not affected. It’s a 20 minute walk into Arles itself but with all the good food you’ll be eating, you should indeed be walking!

Kader was very welcoming and extremely helpful with advice on restaurants and activities in Arles. After we left a AirPod behind he checked our room and told us he would have laundry staff the laundry the following day. He responded the following day with news he had our AirPod and would be able to ship to our home. H

Its a great spot a little out of town so it will take about 20-30 minutes to walk in or out. There isn’t much around there in terms of restaurants or shops. But I would go again.

The tasteful, art-themed hotel has a good staff and friendly atmosphere. It is on the outskirts of town and is worth the stay so close to the gorgeous city of Arles.

A sign with lights at night that has Hotel name was NECESSARY. Impossible to find the location even 500 metres away, but if there was a light in the hotel - it could have been easily found at night. Thx

The property has easy access, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Room was very basic but functional and the bed was great. Good for a few nights but it would be a challenge for a longer stay. City center within 25 minute walk, but there are plenty of parking options in the town. Near a large supermarket and dining options. Would stay again if in the area.

Great staff, very clean

Hotel staff have been very welcoming and helpful. Our room and public areas were very clean, and the air conditioning worked really well—important, as we were there during a hot time in August.
