Room was large, clean, large windows, close to check in desk. We enjoyed the early breakfast. Having that start at 4:30 am is a real plus. 2 TVs but remotes didn’t work well. Maybe new batteries?

A convenient place to stay before an early flight. Our taxi driver from Stockholm had a difficult time locating where to drop us off. It was confusing signage. Once we found it the staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and nice. Again, the long semicircular hallways were somewhat confusing. A few more signs pointing to the elevator would be helpful.

The room did not have the charm of rooms we’ve had before. The room set up for a person in a wheelchair with special accommodations. While I’m glad that such accommodations are available for those who need them, I wish we had been asked as we would have preferred a regular room.

This was the perfect location for an early flight. The hotel has a restaurant connected which had a good selection. Other restaurants also close by. Easy walking distance to Terminal 5. A little further walk to terminal 2 but still not bad.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and in terminal. Staff, especially Mustafa and his colleagues at reception, go out of their way to help, assist and make guests very comfortable. Highly recommended

So to be fair we booked a 'Standard' Room; if you do not want the fridge to work that's OK; we had food/beverages to keep cold and we were told the rate we had meant no use of the in room refrigerator. Also, food/dining options for 'late dinner' at ARL in Sky Park where hotels are located are limited and spendy (as expected for on airport experience). Best to find something in terminal near gate(s). Overall decent spot for quick stay to catch early flight howeverr - would use again.
