Perfect for us

Well equipped, warm, good shower and bath, comfortable beds in a quiet block near to lifts.Don’t use parking if you have a large car, bend and steepness of parking ramp makes itvirtually impossible to get out without damaging your car..

Appartement agréable et calme

Un résident vous accueillera pour vous transmettre les clefs et vous fera visiter l’appartement. Il vous indiquera également votre place de parking. Le parking étant en sous-sol, avec une ouverture de portail par télécommande. Avis aux personnes qui possède de grosses voiture type SUV, il faut avoir le coup de main pour rentrer son véhicule car l’accès est très étroit ! L’appartement se trouve au 4ème étage, avec ascenceur. Rafraichi avec goût, cet appartement est agréable a l’oeil. Les lits sont fait, l’hôte avait tout préparé avec soin. Vous y trouverez une chambre parentale et une chambre pouvant accueillir un couple + un enfant ou 1 enfant et plus. Cette chambre est très pratique car le lit double surmonté d’un lit simple est une très bonne idée. Les matelas sont confortables. Les deux chambres ont un accès direct à la terrasse. Parlons de la terrasse qui est sécurisée et cachée de vis à vis. Les propriétaires ont installés une jolie rambarde en bois autoclave, qui monte à une hauteur d’environ 1m40. Un enfant ne peut pas passer par dessus. Elle permet également de passer de longs moments en famille. Vous trouverez d’ailleurs des jeux de sociétés dans l’armoire de la chambre parentale. Vous disposerez d’une salle de bain avec baignoire, lavabo et toilette. La cuisine est sympas aussi, déco noir/bois, avec une table pouvant accueillir 4 personnes sans la déplacer. Au delà, il vous faudra la déplacer car elle est enfilée entre le réfrigérateur et le canapé.

Formidable

Trés bien situé ,on a pas pu bénéficié du garage le fourgon ne passait pas en hauteur et le parking en contre bas est trés vite complet.mis a part ça nous avons passé un trés bon séjour et avons apprécié la discrétion du gérant .
