The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and restaurant food offerings were varied and tasty. Breakfast provided lots of options to guests. Nearby restaurants are excellent. I made a reservation for the biggest room. Mini fridge: empty. I asked for 3 water bottles at 3 AM. I have to go to the front desk to get them twice, one for pick them up and then another one to grab my wallet and for them. I asked them to charge it to my room, the answer was NO. Coach need a new fabric, windows needs to be cleaned also. Very dissapounted.

This is one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at, including our travels in the United States. Everything is very clean and up to date. The aesthetic is also really cool. The breakfast buffet and restaurant area is beautiful and the lobby is spacious and comfortable - perfect for visiting with friends. The restaurant staff are also very polite and attentive. Our room had a sea view and it was amazing! We had a great view of the beach and El Morro with the Christ statue and flag. The room was also gorgeous. It looked just a nice as the pictures, if not better. It was also quite spacious and it and the bathroom were laid out very well. This might be silly, but the different lighting options in the room and bathroom were really nice. The bed was also super comfortable and the room was quiet. I seriously can't say enough good things about this hotel. If we ever find ourselves in Arica again, we will definitely stay here.
