Village house, close to all amenities (shops, doctor, pharmacy, bus stops and SNCF station), quiet. On 3 levels, possibility to park a medium-sized vehicle 1.90 h max, bicycles, 2 wheels in the garage, plus parking in front of the garage or large parking nearby (washing machine in the garage).<br>Close to the center of the village (5 minutes walk), and 20 minutes walk from the beach.<br>You will find in this charming village house, on the 1st floor, 1 living room of 36m² (2 sofas, 1 large screen TV, many books available, board games), with fully equipped kitchen (oven, LV, fridge/freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and filter, toaster, and everything you need to cook), as well as a patio with 2 large opening roof windows of 15M² (sofa + desk) and 1 separate toilet and air conditioning. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom (air-conditioned) 12m² with storage cupboards, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe of 9m², and 1 small bedroom with single bed of 6m². On this floor, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.<br>Possibility of borrowing travel cot, stroller, cane etc.<br>No pets allowed<br>Maximum occupancy 5 adults + 1 infant<br>Many activities and visits in the surrounding area (hiking, swimming, cultural visits), Spain 30 minutes by car and 2 hours from the 1st ski resorts.<br>Rental June July August September only 14 nights<br>I can pick you up at Perpignan train station or airport<br>FYI I advise you to come with the bikes (free loan of a bike) because there are a lot of bike paths and space in the garage)

Séjour en août 2024

Nous avons passé un sejour très agréable. Le propriétaire de la maison nous a accueilli chaleureusement et a été disponible en cas de besoin. La maison est grande et très bien équipée. Le quartier est une belle découverte : nous sommes dans la partie village, qui dispose de toutes les commodités et qui est moins fréquentée que la partie littorale donc plus calme et plus agréable. L'idéal est de prendre son vélo (le garage est très grand et peut donc contenir une voiture et 4 vélos) pour pouvoir effectuer les trajets village-plage (il y a 2,5 km environ).

Appart calme et reposant

Très bel appartement bien équipé et propre. Proche des commerces on peut aller faire les boutiques a pied ou encore aller a la plage si l on ne veut pas prendre la voiture. Appartement situé dans un endroit calme reposant. Le propriétaire est sympathique et a l écoute de ses locataires tout est fait pour que l on se sente comme a la maison.

Le calme

Appartement très calme à 2 pas du centre d’Argelès village, où l’on trouve le marché (2 fois par semaine), des restaurants, des magasins (boulangerie, boucherie…) des boutiques. C’était un séjour très reposant. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Les plages sont accessibles en voiture plutôt rapidement.
