The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Argelès-sur-Mer offers you this charming, fully air-conditioned 45 m² maisonette close to the beach, with jacuzzi and pétanque court, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a private enclosed garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open, fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: two single beds joined to form a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron.

Outside :
- Jacuzzi open from March to October (up to 6 people)
- 1,000 m² private enclosed garden with petanque court
- A 150 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days

The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
