Discover this lovely 40m² house located in Argelès-sur-Mer within a peaceful residence, with access to a communal swimming pool. It also features a very nice terrace with outdoor furniture to accompany all your lovely meals in the sun!



With 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds, there is also the possibility of using the living room sofa as a double bed. The total capacity is 6 people. It is accommodation perfectly suited to families and groups of friends seeking a pleasant stay!



You will have outdoor parking within the residence, so no need to use your car, the beaches and shops are within a kilometre's walk from your accommodation!



For your comfort, the house is air-conditioned and a fan is at your disposal!



The fully equipped open-plan kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious family meals in a convivial atmosphere, and have your breakfast from the veranda overlooking the terrace!



Perfect for a family holiday or time with friends, this accommodation will offer you a memorable stay in the south of France.
