Layout

Villa Kleopatra is a two-storey villa situated in pleasantly landscaped
surroundings. Outside is a private pool, sheltered dining area,
pergola, and outdoor cooking facilities. On the ground floor is an
open-plan dining/living area and kitchen, bedroom (with double bed),
and a shared bathroom. The first floor has three bedrooms (one with
double bed, the others with two single beds). All bedrooms have ensuite
and balcony access.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
