I really liked the brand new room. Nice design and super comfy bed. Plus free coffee is a nice addition to the experience there. Loved it. Plus my personal highlight were the nice views into the historical center of Arezzo.

Feels like property incomplete in furnishing, still being set. Lots of service glitches...They couldn't sort my storage and I had no where to keep it. Quite frustrating given my locked had been prebooked. Air con was only 'on', but not working, with windows shut - it got stuffy. No one came to fix it. Huge space, which was nice, but felt they could have added a desk and chair in the room. Nowhere to keep your stuff other than a strange shelf unit. As bed was high, and it all just felt weird. Kitchen very well planned, this helped. Property in the quiet side of town, street gets desolate once dark. Fix a taxi back to the station in advance, I was lucky as a church van assisted me- resserassist took my money but never sent a cab nor returned me my money.
