The house features all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Designed and equipped for 8 people, this single-story property features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room opening onto a large terrace, four bedrooms (two queen-size beds and four single beds), a shower room with a built-in and partitioned toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet with a hand basin, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. You'll enjoy a fully enclosed garden with a private pool, not overlooked by neighboring homes, a large terrace sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola, equipped with garden furniture, and a lounge area for relaxing at any time of day. The swimming pool (3 m x 6 m x 1.46 m) is available from May 1st to October 31st. For a hassle-free stay, sheets, towels, table linens, and heating are included in the price.
