The staff is nice, but not ready to help tourists. They cannot provide information and the hotel is not close to tourist attractions, dining, transportation, etc. They gave us a room in a third floor without elevators and offer no help with our luggage. It is hard to climb stairs if you are not used to the altitude. The photos on the website give the impression that the place has a larger outdoor area. The turf of part of the garden is covered with artificial grass.

It was a good experience overall, the room was amazing and clean and of course comfortable. The only inconvenience was that our room didn't had hot water at first, but they resolved it right away.

La propreté en générale laissait beaucoup à désirer, en tout le temps il iavait une couche de poussière dans la chambre ainsi que dans les parties communes, y compris sur les tables du restaurant. On est restées 3 nuits, et on n'a pas eu aucun service de ménage ni des articles de toilette

Buen hotel

En general me fue bien con mi estadía. Las señoritas en el área de Recepción fueron amables y me apoyaron en varios temas que les pedí ayuda. La habitación era bonita y limpia, pero la ventana daba a una escalera, así que no pude abrir las cortinas durante el día. La reserva de la habitación incluía desayuno, lo cual me pareció muy bueno para el precio.

A great view (I recommend having a city view for your room). The hotel have also a nice outdoor area. The included breakfast was nothing fancy but good and generous. The staff was very nice and helping. And the water was hot. Now the bad.. the room was not clean (clumps of hair in the bathroom and in the bedroom). We asked the room to be cleaned but when we came back, the same ball of hair was still in the same place. If I'm ever back in the area I would however give another chance to this place for the location,view and staff.
