The hotel is spotless and comfortable, and just a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. The breakfast is plentiful and well prepared, and the staff is super helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at! We traveled with two kids and it was very convenient to have separate beds for each of them. The hotel is close to everything: historical center, shops, restaurants. The staff is amazing! Great breakfast, clean room, laundry opportunity - everything is above and beyond! Would definitely stay there again!

I would definitely recommend staying here. It was about a 10 minute walk from the main Plaza and had a lot of food options near by, I thought that the location was perfect. The staff also was so kind and let us check in early! The rooms were clean and the shower was perfect.

This was a nice property. It would be considered a two star. Building and furnishings are outdated. Staff were beyond wonderful with front desk helping me by allowing me to use her cell phone for over an hour to work out airline tickets. I would go back simply because of this. Breakfast was ok, not many options.
