A restored 1900s house from Ávila, located in the heart of the Tiétar Valley (Sierra de Gredos) within the historic Arab quarter of Arenas. Situated between the castle, the medieval bridge, and the church. The river is just 20 meters down the street. Very central yet quiet.
It features a terrace/solarium with wonderful views of the mountains. Two full bathrooms and one half-bath. Two suite-style bedrooms and a small living room that can be converted into a double bedroom (futon). There is a wood-burning stove in that area.
