El apartamento está bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Murcia, y es bastante moderno. En general, la estancia fue correcta, pero hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorarse.El aire acondicionado solo está instalado en el salón y no hay aire acondicionado en el dormitorio. La diferencia de temperatura es considerable, lo que hace que sea difícil dormir por la noche, especialmente cuando hace calor.Además, algunos utensilios de cocina estaban sucios a nuestra llegada y su calidad era bastante baja.Por último, había varios problemas de fontanería: el inodoro hacía un ruido constante de goteo, especialmente molesto durante la noche, y también había un goteo en la cocina.Con algunas mejoras en estos aspectos, el alojamiento podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho mejor.
