This is a great ski and adventure hotel. It’s clean, big rooms, quiet despite its its size and gorgeous setting next to åre lake. Even the basic rooms are bigger than your average hotel in rest of Europe. I have been coming to this hotel with my 2 daughters ( now 13 and 15) for skiing and it is always a good option. It’s not ski in& ski out, lifts are either a 10 mins walk or ski buss right outside. Perfect for us tjough

Room was very warm and blackout curtains did not do their jobs properly : it seems the hotel is optimized for winter sports. Sauna was closed and usage of the pools - which is the reason we booked - were an extra SEK 250 per person. That should have been clearly indicated on the reservation page.

Veldig dårlig ventilasjon så dårlig luft samt spaet er meget ned gradert da alle saunaer var ute av drift enda måtte mann betale full pris å det mener jeg er meget dårlig.gammel å slitte senger som skulle hært byttet for mange mange år siden så dette hotellet har nokk et stort etter slepp på opp pussing for å komme i posisjon for å kalle seg et spa hotell
