The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Temperature gauge was incorrect. Had set the temperature at night and the room stayed warm instead of cold temperature that had been set. At breakfast there wasn't any milk;they ran out There was still an hour before breakfast time ended. The food in the steamer was barely warm.

I loved being able to bring my dog and felt comfortable the entire time having him with me. Tons of walkable spaces for us to explore while getting some exercise. Dog areas were clean and free of other pet's wastes and bags were available to clean up if needed. The only issue was no hot water in the accessible shower in my room even after allowing the water to run over 5 minutes in case it was just "warming up". Facility was extra clean and staff were friendly.
