Staff was great. First room didn’t have working heat. Assigned another room which was clean. Only a couple of concerns. Bathroom door is one of those barn door style sliding doors which didn’t close completely, sink faucet was loose, no place to hang towels. Breakfast was meh.

Outstanding staff! We originally planned to stay one night on our way to Arkansas, but our plans changed and we needed two nights - and expected to spend most of our time in the room. Our 2-queen room felt a bit small for three people, so the reception staff kindly upgraded us to a suite with much more space, at minimal price change. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to plenty of restaurants and Lake Murray State Park. Highly recommend!

The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Temperature gauge was incorrect. Had set the temperature at night and the room stayed warm instead of cold temperature that had been set. At breakfast there wasn't any milk;they ran out There was still an hour before breakfast time ended. The food in the steamer was barely warm.
