On the ground floor, a lovely kitchen opens onto a large terrace with a table and garden furniture, and a spacious shared garden furnished with sun loungers, a ping-pong table, and a barbecue area. You will appreciate a large, welcoming living/dining room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) that also opens onto the terrace and garden, as well as a spacious bedroom (accessible for people with disabilities) with a double bed, an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with wardrobes or closets, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and one of the three bedrooms has an en-suite shower room with a shower and toilet. Heating (pellet boiler) and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Parking is available on the property.
