Kid-friendly Mountain Home

This home is regularly used as a family home, so it comes full of all your daily necessities. The kitchen is stocked with full sized fridge, convection oven, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plate/silverware; in addition: spices galore, basic cooking ingredients, coffee & espresso, and condiments. The home is a three bedroom home, each decorated uniquely. The master bedroom has a mater bath attached, with full shower and garden bathtub. The master bath has many plants in it to make your bubble bath even more relaxing. There is an additional bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms have liens and basic shower care items. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen, and the third has a full/twin bunkbed. There are blackout curtains, smart televisions and additional bedding in all rooms. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer; basic needs for one or two loads provided. There is a dining table for four and two barstools at the island in the kitchen. The living room comes with amble seating including one couch with chase and another large couch as well. The large couch doubles as a queen size sleeper, with memory foam cover to add (stored in master bedroom closet). There is a small exercise space with simple equipment; bike, rower, weights, resistance bands, and other small exercise items. The house has a back patio and covered front patio. There is seating on both. Private backyard with toys for adults and children alike. There is a small garden in the spring, summer and fall for fresh vegetables, a grill and smoker for the adventurous, and a nice neighborhood to take a walk around and see some beautiful mountain views. This is a well loved home with lots to offer. Not only are the amenities great but the location is wonderful as well. There are countless bars, breweries, shopping stores, and restaurants within a few miles radius; as well as the Asheville Reginal Airport.

Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home, which features a microwave. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a sofa bed.
