Escape to this multi-unit retreat on an historic property. This is two separate units on the same property that are rented together. It`s ideal for traveling friends or multi-generation families. You get a 2 BR/1 BA carriage house with a full kitchen and a 1 BR/1 BA studio. They are about 20 yards apart across a shared parking area. This is a super convenient location in South Asheville that`s an easy drive from the airport with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities.
The entire property was an inn built in 1947. It is now a private residence that has been fully renovated and designed to maintain the character of the original building. Your reservation includes a studio in the main house - known as The Rose Room, and a 2-level Carriage House with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each unit has its own private entrance and dedicated parking on site.

Carriage House:
- Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals
- Large, open living room for everyone in your group to gather
- Smart TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi
- Two private bedrooms
Studio - Rose Room:
- Quiet and spacious room

Both units have shared access to:
- Peaceful stone patio with outdoor furniture and grill
- Right across the street from a public park with a playground, basketball court, and walking path
- Access to shared laundry facility in the Carriage House
You will have access to both private units and the shared space on the property. You are welcome to walk around the property. Please refrain from using the main front porch area as that is part of the owner residence. Be aware that the owners and/or other guests reside in the main house and the lower unit of the Carriage House and they may be present during your stay.
The Carriage House space requires stairs to access both bedrooms and living areas. The Studio space in on the ground floor with no stairs.
