O hotel é recém inaugurado. O diferencial é o atendimento, equipe atenciosa e muito solícita. Mas o aquecimento da piscina não era adequado, a sauna seca também não estava aquecida a contento, a sauna a vapor estava desligada. Não havia pendurador de toalhas, a tampa da lixeira do banheiro quebrada. No bar e restaurante não havia uma única opção de vinho tinto, só brancos, o que é bastante complicado nessa época de frio intenso, quando os tintos caem muito bem. Creio que seja um período de adaptação, e voltaria lá com certeza. O hotel é lindo, a vista é deslumbrante e o atendimento é fenomenal.
