Three-bedroom house located in Arcos de Valdevez, a territory classified as a World Biosphere Reserve. The house is situated on a hillside, with excellent views and sun exposure, in a quiet area very close to the 33 km Ecovia from Jolda (S. Paio) to Sistelo (winner of the 7 Wonders of Portugal – Villages). The Peneda-Gerês National Park (Porta do Mezio) is very close to the property. It has a seasonal 5x10 meter saltwater swimming pool, air conditioning, garden, terrace, barbecue and outdoor furniture for relaxation. The center of Arcos de Valdevez is 10 minutes away, Ponte de Lima (IC28) is 25 minutes away, the airport (OPO) is 1 hour away and Viana do Castelo is 40 minutes away.
