Nestled in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, at the gateway to the Haute-Marne region, just 20 minutes from Nigloland and the lakes of the Forêt d’Orient, our private vacation rental—which sleeps up to 6 people—is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. This unique house, with its different levels and staircases, features a refreshing pool where you can enjoy sunny days while relaxing in a peaceful setting. The pool is heated to 28 degrees, measures 3.7 x 8 m, is protected by a dome, and has a maximum depth of 1.80 m—available from June 15 through September 1 (weather permitting). On the raised first floor, you’ll find a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a living room with a pool table and television (Canal+ / CanalSat), a double bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms. Outside, the pool awaits you for refreshing swims, surrounded by a lush garden where you can enjoy a good book or an aperitif al fresco, a bike/motorcycle garage, parking in the courtyard, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Beds are made upon arrival; towels and utilities (heating/electricity) are included. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. You can also enjoy the many activities in the surrounding area: nature walks, visits to quaint villages, culinary discoveries, winery tours, and champagne tastings.
