This fabulous house, recently renovated, offers the essential amenities so that the whole family can enjoy an unforgettable stay. Furthermore, the views it offers are simply spectacular, and will take your breath away as soon as you arrive.

The house has a beautiful interior area, very bright and comfortable. The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table, television and stove. On the other side of the living area is the modern American kitchen, equipped with all the necessary appliances so that you don't miss anything.

The rest of the house has three beautiful bedrooms: the master bedroom has a large double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and huge windows that open to the outdoor Jacuzzi area. Another bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share the use of another bathroom, also equipped with a shower tray.

The bedrooms and living room have hot/cold air conditioning.

The outdoor area has nothing to envy the interior. Right at the entrance of the house you will have a beautiful porch with a dining table and views of the mountains. To the right, you will access the magnificent private pool area, which is fenced for the safety of families with small children. On the other hand, to the left of the porch there is another dining table and a splendid hot water Jacuzzi. Here, you can enjoy a warm bath at any time of the year, while you fill your gaze with the amazing views that extend at your feet.

The outdoor equipment is completed by a ping-pong table and a covered barbecue.

The access road to the house is through a 50-meter dirt track, which ends on a slope.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
