This was by far our favorite stay in all of Greece including Athens, nafplio, Paros and Santorini. It is a Hyatt brand and built on top of what was an old, ancient minoan village. They did A great job maintaining the original characteristics of the site, including Stone that's exposed, which is beautiful. there are two beautiful pools as well, and the Villa had more space than we needed, a beautiful kitchen, updated bathrooms and a private hot tub on our deck, one of our decks, LOL. They had a lovely, included, buffet style breakfast with fresh eggs and pastries and spinach pie and more. It was indulgent and would have cost $55 per person in the US, easily. Overall, the staff was so accommodating and we may return to Crete just to stay here again. Highly recommended.
