Online we thought this VRBO in Arcata looked charming. And for stay we found several features to recommend it: nice table settings, coffee making options, cutlery, a comfy dining area. But a number of property maintenance issues should be addressed, some of them easy to do - cut the weeds in the courtyard, dust and clear out the cobwebs. The front door had a very large splotch of black. A little paint could make it look inviting instead of iffy. This could be a really fun and funky VRBO with some TLC.
