It was in a convenient location, walking distance to town center and close to the highway. Cozy apartment. One concern, the back bedroom had a rug on top of the carpet and the edges were rolling up. I tripped several times.

Arcata apartment

Very nice apartment, but the insulation between floors is very bad. Even normal footsteps from the apartment upstairs sounded like elephants.
