This brand new contemporary studio was designed for guests craving a quality stay in Arcata with comfort & style in mind. Perfect for an easy, relaxing getaway furnished with a quality King bed, gas fireplace & fully stocked kitchen. Conveniently located just footsteps to downtown Arcata, and less than a five minute drive to Cal Poly Humboldt. Take an easy stroll to visit Saturday's farmer's market on the Plaza. Enjoy walking to the vibrant nightlife and sampling the delicious local brews, cider bar, wine tasting and one of a kind restaurants. Onsite parking is limited to 1 compact vehicle only.

** Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking.
