Our house is close to the beach and the city center of Arcachon (15 minutes walk).
You will appreciate its calm, its large volume, its 2 new equipped kitchens, its 4 bedrooms and its large living room.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people.
Management and maintenance are carried out by our real estate agency located in Arcachon (Sophie) who will welcome you on your arrival. The cleaning fee (70€) is mandatory and must be paid directly to him.
Household linen (sheets, covers, towels) can be provided as an option on request (20€/ person).
