Hello,

House with air conditioning and fully renovated swimming pool for 14 people.
We rent our house located in the Abatilles district of Arcachon. It was completely renovated and finished in June 2024.
The villa offers you all the assets of a high quality rental. It is a real haven of peace and nature on the edge of the forest, in the heart of a privileged environment.

The location is ideal to reach the beaches of the basin, tennis, golf, the city center of Arcachon, the shops, the dune of Pyla 8km away, the ocean beaches and all the activities that the Bay offers. The cycle paths are just a few pedal strokes away.

The 180m² house with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/shower rooms and 4 toilets, offers great amenities, accommodating a maximum of 14 people.

On the 1st level:
- A large living room with a lounge area and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
- Two bedrooms (1 double with 160 bed and one with 2 80 beds)
- A bathroom bath + separate toilet.

On the 2nd level:
4 bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with 160x200 bed with bathroom + WC
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x200
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200 i.e. 4, single beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80x200 and 1 bathroom + WC

Garden:
The 6mx2.5m swimming pool is secured by an electric roller shutter. It offers a flat bottom with 140/145cm of water as well as a bench submerged with 40cm of water.
The management of the pool is planned with a visit each week.
