The room was very quiet. The view excellent. Everything you need in the kitchenette. Normally I don’t like swimming in pools but I used the facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. You can walk to town and you have a beautiful park nearby. I would definitely recommend Villa Regina. Good value for money

Lovely hotel in gorgeous place.

Bed really comfy and good facilities except for shower where attachment to wall was broken. Good location and love Arcachon. Pool area nice and hotel was really quiet and peaceful.

The room was very worn and outdated. It was also not clean. We had a room in the basement where there were a lot of spiders and it smelled like a basement. It got very hot as there was no air conditioning. The staff at the hotel were very service-minded and nice. The location is absolutely fantastic and Arcachon is a fantastic city.

Aging beauty, but clean, comfortable and friendly

This is a lovely property in the "Ville d'Hiver" part of Arcachon. It is about a 12min walk to the city center, but it is a lovely walk thru a park or viewing gorgeous architecture. The building is a bit of a fading beauty, however, the place and rooms are very clean if dated. Comfortable beds, large rooms, quiet area. I've stayed twice and would do so again.

Très bel établissement, installé dans un magnifique bâtiment plein de charme et surtout très bien situé. On peut facilement rejoindre le centre-ville et la plage d'Arcachon à pied grâce au Parc Mauresque et à son ascenseur, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le studio est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Concernant la literie, c'est très subjectif : pour nous elle était correcte sans être exceptionnelle, mais cela dépend vraiment des préférences de chacun. L'isolation est globalement satisfaisante. Nous avons entendu du bruit dans les couloirs, notamment des enfants qui couraient, mais cela relève davantage du comportement de certains vacanciers que de l'hôtel lui-même. En période de forte chaleur, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation, seulement un ventilateur mis à disposition, ce qui est déjà appréciable. Si cela est techniquement possible à l'avenir, des climatiseurs mobiles pourraient être une bonne amélioration, car les chambres peuvent vite devenir chaudes en été. C'est un point à prendre en compte si vous venez pendant une canicule. L'accueil était agréable. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester la piscine ni le petit-déjeuner. Enfin, le parking est un vrai plus et nous avons toujours trouvé de la place. Le seul bémol vient de certains automobilistes qui se garent sur deux emplacements, mais là encore, ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'établissement. En résumé, c'est une très bonne adresse pour son emplacement. Attention pendant les fortes chaleurs.

I love everything about this hotel. My stay was wonderful. The staff was very nice. The place was wonderful. Close to transportation and very safe. The rooms was huge for for 3 people. We were very comfortable. No air conditioning but the bruise was great when you open the window. The mini fridge had a freezer compartment which was nice. We loved it and will come again. I highly recommend it.

I am sure this is a lovely hotel in normal circumstances, but we were there last week when it was over 40 degree Celsius, the room didn't have aircon only a fan. We recorded over 30 degrees inside our room at night! They have a big breakfast room with air con, but it was not effective.
