Immersed in the historical and architectural atmosphere of the Winter Town district, home to Arcachon's most beautiful residences, discover the two-bedroom apartment called "Le Chêne" (The Oak). Located on the garden level of a superb villa, this approximately 70 m² space can accommodate up to 6 people and features a private terrace and parking space.

The living area comprises a bright living room with a sofa bed (140 cm wide) and a television, as well as a west-facing dining room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility of preparing meals and provides access to the outside. A hallway leads to a shower room and separate toilet, while two semi-basement bedrooms, both facing east, each offer a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe or closet.
Enjoy the tranquility of the private terrace, surrounded by greenery, for relaxation. A parking space is available, with the option of free street parking if needed.
The apartment is thoughtfully furnished, including roll-up mosquito nets on the windows, and is easy to maintain. A shared laundry room with the adjoining apartment (T2: 1 bedroom / sleeps 4, reference 243) is available.
