"Villa d'Este 346" is a charming and elegantly furnished 3-room vacation rental spanning between 70 and 73 m2, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed along with a dining table, making it a versatile space for both relaxation and meals, with direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. The bathroom is complemented by a separate WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A box-room provides additional storage space, and the balcony comes furnished with outdoor furniture for your comfort.
