A stop off on a long drive

A comfortable basic hotel in a quiet area. The aircon was very welcome. A good evening meal that was reasonably priced. It was just off the motorway so very handy.

The most arrogant and rude personel/owner ever

We had ordered all-inclusive and when we got to the hotel we were treated rudely and downright meanly who said that they don't have all-inclusive and that breakfast wasn't even included. The incredibly arrogant treatment and the lack of understanding of what we paid for and expected and the non-existent spirit of service is the worst we have encountered. He was downright rude to us and made fun of us in front of other guests despite one of them trying to explain to him that it is the hotel's fault. Unfortunately cannot recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Une nuit Aux Marronniers d'Arc

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© une nuit avec petit dĂ©jeuner. Nous Ă©tions invitĂ©s Ă  un mariage Ă  proximitĂ©. La chambre, les sanitaires et la salle d'eau sont d'une trĂšs grande propretĂ©. Stationnement facilitĂ© par le parking au niveau de l'hĂ©bergement. Nous n'avons pas pu couper un peu le cru de la piĂšce parce que nous n'avons pas su mettre un peu de chauffage et le dĂ©jeuner uniquement jusqu'Ă  9h c'Ă©tait un peu rude en retour de noces... La chambre nĂ©cessiterait un peu de maintenance technique, les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnent pas, la colonne de douche doit ĂȘtre refixĂ©e, etc... Mineurs pour une nuit comme la nĂŽtre mais pour un hĂ©bergement plus long cela peut ĂȘtre important. Excellent accueil tant au tĂ©lĂ©phone que sur site et au petit dĂ©jeuner. Merci Ă  ces personnes.
