The property is located within a residential complex in Torre dei Corsari, a picturesque seaside town on the Costa Verde in southwestern Sardinia.

The accommodation consists of a living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful veranda, and a private courtyard.

Guests also have access to a BBQ and a covered parking space.

The outdoor space is laid out as follows:

- VERANDA (approx. 15 square meters) with a dining table, sofa, and outdoor chairs;

- BBQ AREA with a grill and outdoor sink;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, and toilet;

- PRIVATE COURTYARD.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Pocket Wi-Fi with a MAXIMUM of 1,000 GB/MONTH; fans (portable and ceiling-mounted), washing machine (in the outdoor storage room), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



A covered parking space is also available for guests, suitable for large vehicles such as SUVs.



PLEASE NOTE:

- To access the apartment from the outside, as well as to reach the first floor inside, you must climb several steps and flights of stairs; please be careful if you are traveling with children.

- The fireplace is a decorative feature and may NOT be used.

- Please note that the second bathroom is located outside the property.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

At this property, check-in is self-service. Additional information will be provided at the time of booking.



Please note that assistance for any issues related to self-check-in is available (remotely) until 11:30 PM.



N.B. Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged EUR 15 for each set of linens used.



Torre dei Corsari is a charming seaside town located in the municipality of Arbus, along the spectacular Costa Verde. The name derives from the Flumentorgiu Tower, a 17th-century structure built to defend the coast from raids by Saracen pirates, which today serves as a symbol of the promontory.

Overlooking the Sardinian Sea, the property is nestled in an unspoiled landscape of rare beauty and is perfect for those seeking a relaxing stay in close contact with nature.

The sea, crystal-clear and sometimes choppy, is ideal for those who love swimming, snorkeling, or surfing, with sandy seabeds that slope rapidly. The beach, about 2 km long, is perfect for sunbathing or strolling at sunset, while the dunes—among the tallest in Europe—offer breathtaking views of the coast and the hills of the hinterland.

Recommended activities include: hikes through the dunes, snorkeling along the rocky stretches of the coast, visits to Arbus and the historic mines of Montevecchio, as well as day trips to places like Piscinas and Capo Pecora, ideal for exploring Sardinia’s most authentic and untamed side.



To easily reach the property and comfortably enjoy all the main attractions in the area, we recommend using a car. You can rent a car directly at the airport or in the major nearby cities. The property offers guests a convenient covered parking space, suitable even for large vehicles such as SUVs.
