A limpeza do Hotel é apenas razoável. Fiquei quatro dias no Hotel, e o quarto foi limpo apenas uma vez! Diga-se o mesmo em relação as toalhas, trocadas, também, por uma única vez! Já o café da manhã é de extrema qualidade, com rápida reposição da comida e da bebida! Tudo muito gostoso e com muita fartura, sob a supervisão de ótimos funcionários. O restaurante tem um bom cardápio, um ótimo atendimento e uma comida muito saborosa!

O quarto no qual nos hospedamos - 126 - estava num estado lastimável: a única tomada que havia na parede perto da cama estava caída (fora da parede) e não pude usar meu equipamento CEPAP fundamental para minha saúde. Embora eu tenha solicitado o conserto, ele não foi realizado. O painel daTV estava meio solto, a porta do banheiro estava remendada e não era possivel fechá-la por completo, os ajulejos do box todos descascados e o jato do chuveiro todo desregulado. No café da manha, o pão frnacês logo acabava, No primeiro dia ficamos sem, no segundo dia fomos mais cedo e logo pegamos e reservamos o nosso para não ficarmos sem novamente.

Após nossa reclamação, finalmente nos alocaram em um quarto digno, inúmeras vezes melhor que o chalé literalmente caindo aos pedaços onde fomos inicialmente acomodados (com a falácia de que aquilo seria um upgrade na reserva feita por mim. Lamento muito ter pago por isso). A equipe foi sempre muito cordial. O café da manhã era bom, mas não era nenhuma maravilha.

Pelo o valor cobrado eu esperava uma instalação um pouco mais cuidada, pelo menos o apartamento que eu fiquei está em péssimas condições, muito tempo sem reforma, janela que não fecha, ducha pendurada, infiltração nas paredes e bolor no dentro do box.
