Great hotel and location. Staff was wonderful and property was well maintained. Swimming pool area and playroom were big hits for our family. Only thing that could be improves was the cold temperature of the water: quite cold.

Excellent location for central area of town. Nothing fancy however, there is construction going on so will be interesting to see the end result. Staff very friendly and helpful. I suspect that at some point this was a top end hotel which is now in need of a total face lift. Rooms are very plain, with furnishing and fittings that are rather basic. However, this is reflected in the price, which is a fantastic value. Will say that bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

I spent four days in this very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful, kind and very very warm. They helped me with the magnetic key which is supposed to be inserted while you are in the room. If it doesn't insert well, no lights in the room, The cleaning lady helped with the three remotes to turn on the TV, I misplaced my brush and they found me a brand new comb. I couln't tip them because I had no Brazilian currency. The food was great, the breakfast was pretty good with many selections. I also had my dinner at the hotel the first night, a great buffet at a reasonable price.
