Come discover our charming little apartment (23 m²), newly renovated in 2021, located on the 5th floor with an elevator, the La Gela residence, facing due south, offers you an exceptional view, both in winter and summer (overlooking the slopes and the Aure Valley). Parking is available at the base of the building. Shops are 50 m away (supermarket, pharmacy, laundromat, restaurants, bakery, spa...). The 23 m² apartment is ideal for a couple with two children. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed (140x190), a brand-new kitchen (induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, raclette machine…), a hallway with an alcove containing two bunk beds (90x190), and a fully renovated bathroom.
New radiators and water heater, remotely controlled, ensuring your comfort upon arrival.
9 m² south-facing terrace.
Please bring your own duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels; only duvets, mattress pads, and pillows are provided. Sheets and towels are available for rent. (Rates upon request)

Un week-end au milieu des montagnes !

Un appartement où l'on se sent bien dès que l'on met un pied à l'intérieur. Très bien situé, au cœur de la station de Piau Engaly. Idéal pour les randonnées aux beaux jours, des sentiers pour tous les niveaux de rcheurs et des paysages magnifiques . Je recommande sans hésitation cette location.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits ds l'appartement, il est très bien placé au milieu des montagnes. Logement très propre, rénové avec goût. Nous gardons l'adresse !
