Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application.

A castle with pools and a beach. Mix of old and new. Good for a 3 star resort. You get what you pay for. Average food and drinks. Entertainment ends at 10pm. No wifi in rooms therefore, no netflix on the tv. So hanging out in your room after the fun can be boring. Taxi is available to and from Fortaleza Airport.

A equipe de recepção deixa a desejar: quando chegamos, mesmo com pouco sinal de internet a recepcionista não realizou o check in, pediu para que fizessemos o que demoou bastante, após muitas queixas, uma das recepcionistas, finalizou o último hóspede a ser cadastrado. No quarto e banheiro o odor estava forte e havia teias de aranha. O ambiente é escuro e a limpeza é realizada, apenas após solicitação via app, o que não fizemos, por dificuldades com a rede móvel. Nas piscinas tinham crianças com viroses e os funcionários não apresentaram nenhuma restrição quanto à circulação. A comida, no primeiro horário, estava apresentável e boa, mas se chegar após uma hora da oferta, não há reposição de todos os itens e fica com aspecto ruim, quanto a organização. As bebidas são servidas em copos descartáveis retornáveis o que desestimula o consumo, a aparência e cheiro não são bons. Após avaliarmos com essas queixas, o gerente nos concedeu a permanência de mais 3 horas para o check out, o que nos favoreceu para acordarmos mais tarde, mas precisamos registrar que o hotel tem uma infraestrutura fantástica, funcionários excelentes responsáveis pela bebidas nas áreas das piscinas, mas precisa de mais cuidados e organização.

O hotel possui uma vista incrível para o mar e uma lagoa belíssima. Os quartos são amplos e aconchegantes, proporcionando bastante conforto. No entanto, percebi que o odor vindo da lagoa acaba se espalhando até as suítes e também pelo restaurante, o que compromete um pouco a experiência, apesar da vista deslumbrante. A gastronomia poderia receber mais atenção: em alguns momentos, a qualidade dos alimentos deixou a desejar, e seria importante reforçar o cuidado com a seleção e conservação dos ingredientes. Também observei que os bares e piscinas têm horários de funcionamento limitados, o que reduz as opções de lazer. A variedade de bebidas, especialmente de cervejas, poderia ser ampliada para agradar diferentes perfis de hóspedes. Por fim, a água de coco servida apresentou um sabor estranho, o que merece atenção para garantir maior satisfação.

O atendimento na recepção ao chegar nao foi bom. Ja fomos ao hotel ano passado e preferimos os quartos de cima. Pedi pra nos alojar em um quarto de cima e nao foi atendido. O hotel estava praticamente 100% vago. O valor do quarto é o mesmo. Tinha muito mosquito e rãs no quarto no terreo. Minha filha ficou toda picada de mosquitos. Se minha solicitação tivesse sido atendida isso nao teria ocorrido. O atendimento nao foi amigavel, atendente de cara fechada, nao se mexeu pra atender ao meu peiddo, nao fez nada.

A estrutura do hotel é bacana, os funcionários são prestativos e educados, porém a comida deixa muito a desejar. Existe variedade mas a forma de preparo é bem desleixada, comida feia, sem sabor. Cafe de manhã com pão murcho, velho, bolos feitos com mistura pronta, enfim...uma pena. Entendo que pela diária cobrada, seria possível entregar refeições um pouco mais caprichadas. Por esse motivo, não voltaria.

O hotel é bem grande, gostoso de andar por ele. Porém com relaçao à alimentação deixam a desejar. Os alimentos iam acabando e eles demoravam muito a repor, quando era reposto. No café da mnhã eles não davam atenção para reposição e perdiam mais tempo em arrumar a decoração para o almoço (faltando 4 horas ainda pra começar). Não tem drinks com vinho. Piscinas abrem tarde e fecham cedo,
