Absolutely beautiful place with great food and gorgeous beaches and pools. Staff was great but the online check-in was absolutely horrible and took over 30 minutes to do for only my wife and I. We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application.

A castle with pools and a beach. Mix of old and new. Good for a 3 star resort. You get what you pay for. Average food and drinks. Entertainment ends at 10pm. No wifi in rooms therefore, no netflix on the tv. So hanging out in your room after the fun can be boring. Taxi is available to and from Fortaleza Airport.

Hotel tem uma estrutura grande, mas percebi que tem muitas coisas que precisam de manutenção, passei 3 noites, e não vi a manutenção das piscinas, alguns funcionários transitavam com roupas sujas e algumas velhas, o som na área do bar não pode, é as pessoas colocavam som alto até depois das 22H e ninguém da administração para conter o som e o alto volume, alguns funcionários que perguntei não sabia de alguns horários e pareciam não saber ontem tinha a informação, é um hotel de grande nome, espero a administração posso resolver esse problemas.

O tamanho dos quartos é excelente para quem viaja em família ! A suíte conjugada oferece espaço e conforto para os pais e filhos. A equipe do hotel é super atenciosa e solicita. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é não ter as atividades infantis nos horários acordados, mas de resto, bem legal !!

Muito bom

O hotel é gigantesco e um pouco rústico mas a estadia foi muito agradável. O chalé que fiquei era amplo e estava bem limpo. O atendimento é muito bom. O parque aquático agradou bastante minha filha de 7 anos, embora os toboáguas necessitem de uma "lubrificação". A comida é boa, o sistema All Inclusive é razoável mas atendeu nossas necessidades. Sugiro levar um repelente de tomada pois os pernilongos atacam bastante no quarto. Fui em baixa temporada e tenho a impressão que na alta deve dificultar um pouco a questão dos bares. Mas é apenas um palpite. Enfim, no geral passei dias agradáveis.
