The family-friendly Belvedere Pineta resort is located in the heart of the beautiful lagoon landscape of the northern Adriatic, just 7 km from Grado. Nestled in a shady pine forest, the resort offers not only peace and relaxation but also a variety of entertainment options. The resort is situated directly on a gently sloping beach—beach umbrellas and lounge chairs, as well as pedal boats and canoes, can be rented right on site. Alternatively, the spacious pool provides a welcome chance to cool off. For younger guests, there’s a children’s pool with a slide, a spacious playground, and a mini-club during peak season. Active vacationers will also find plenty to enjoy: there’s a tennis court and soccer field, mini-soccer fields, volleyball and beach volleyball courts, a mini-golf course, table tennis, bike rentals, and two jogging trails. A restaurant and the beach bar cater to your culinary needs. Additional amenities include: a supermarket with newspapers and tobacco products, a Wi-Fi area, and coin-operated washers and dryers.
The 45-square-meter Villini Miramare bungalow accommodates up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the open-concept living and dining area, a sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots if needed. The living area also features a table with chairs, as well as the kitchen. It is equipped with a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The terrace is furnished, partially covered, and offers a beautiful view of the garden. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
POOL
The resort features a spacious pool area. In addition to an adult pool, there is a children’s pool with a fun water slide.
BEACH
The resort is located directly on a gently sloping beach. In a section reserved for guests of the resort, you can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs. A beach bar is also available.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort offers entertainment for the whole family. In addition to numerous sports and recreational activities, there is also an entertainment team during the high season that organizes a mini-club, baby dance, and sports tournaments. Travel cribs and high chairs can be rented for a fee if needed (please request when booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
Those who want to stay active on vacation are spoiled for choice: there’s a tennis court and soccer field, mini-soccer fields, volleyball and beach volleyball, a mini-golf course, table tennis, bike rentals, and two jogging trails. On the beach, you can rent pedal boats and canoes.
SHOPPING
There is a supermarket within the resort itself that sells newspapers and tobacco products. Additional shopping options can be found in nearby Grado (about 5 km).
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. The resort also features a restaurant and a beach bar. Guests who prefer not to cook can book breakfast, half-board, or full-board on-site at favorable rates.
PETS
Three pets (up to a maximum of 30 kg) are allowed upon request and must be registered at the time of booking (please specify the breed and size when booking). There is a special dog area on the beach with beds, bowls, and showers. In addition, a spacious, shaded dog park is available.

A wide variety of water sports leave nothing to be desired. On land, sports such as golf and tennis are available. You’ll find long sandy beaches along the four sections: Grado Pineta, Spiaggia al Bosco, GIT, and Costa Azzurra. Here you’ll find VIP beach areas with large pavilions, baby- and family-friendly beaches with entertainment and play areas, dog-friendly beaches, bars and restaurants for refreshments, water and beach sports activities, cultural events, and music evenings. Culture enthusiasts will enjoy sightseeing tours of the towns of Montefalco, Aquileia, and Grado, with their historic church towers and mansions.
