Excelente custo-benefício! A estrutura é muito boa, com piscinas limpas, bem cuidadas e ótimas para relaxar e aproveitar com a família. O ambiente é agradável, organizado e a estadia foi muito confortável. Pelo valor, entregou muito mais do que eu esperava. Recomendo e certamente voltarei quando estiver em Caldas Novas!

Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência na nossa estadia. Quando chegamos tivemos que esperar até as 14h: 35, para o quarto ficar pronto. Ao chegar nos deparamos com lençóis incompatíveis com a cama e duas toalhas que já estavam sem condições de uso de tão velhas. Foi pedido para trocar e a camareira nos informou que estava tendo problemas com a lavanderia. No quarto 801 móveis velhos cortina suja e cheia de manchas, o colchão super velho que suas molas você sente uma por uma quando deita sobre ele, uma televisão que parece um monitor de computador além de um ar condicionado que não funciona. Banheiro com ceramicas e acabamento bem desgastados. Em relação ao parque aquático bem razoável. As piscinas apesar de tudo estavam limpas . Mas não recomendo está experiência. Tem outras opções em Caldas Novas. É melhor pesquisar mais para não ser pego de surpresa, como eu fui. Espero que a equipe do Hoteis.com reveja a classificação desta unidade.
