Nice hotel for business but not a family hotel

This was a nice hotel but would not recommend for a family. I may have confused this hotel with the other Enea hotel near by. My kids were a bit disappointed that it did not have a pool. Breakfast was decent but get there before 8:30 because once something runs out it's out. They do not replenish the eggs, bacon, cornettos etc.

La categoría del hotel no se corresponde al estado de las habitaciones. Tienen buen tamaño, pero hay elementos muy deteriorados (por ejemplo, los estores de las ventanas no suben o bajan). Fuera del hotel, el olor a animales de granja es muy fuerte. El personal en cambio es muy amable.

100% déçue

La chambre n'avait rien à voir avec les photos ni avec la description. Si j'avais su l'état de la chambre et de la salle de bain je n'aurais jamais réservé. Le s'il de la chambre était poussiéreuse, ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de passer l'aspirateur avant notre arrivée. La salle de bain n'était pas pratique et pas en bon état, tout était vieux. Nous étions avec nos enfants de 5 et 3 ans, rien n'était pratique pour une chambre quadruple. Nous avons fait part de du fait que la chambre n'est pas conforme aux photos et à la description et la dame à l'accueil n'a rien su nous proposer à part de partir. Nous venions de faire 10 heures de route avec nos enfants, c'était le début de soirée et rien ne nous garantissait de trouver autre chose. De plus la chambre n'était pas remboursable. Le petit déjeuner est bien présenté en photo mais la réalité est toute autre... L'hôtel est présenté comme 4 étoiles mais ne les vaut absolument pas, j'ai payé 143€ et ça ne les vaut absolument pas. Je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel. La seule chose positive est son emplacement.
