SPACIOUS UPPER FLOOR OF A VILLA

Located halfway (a 10-minute drive) between the city of Ajaccio and the magnificent beach at the Gulf of Lava (on the road to Sagone / Cargèse / Porto / Piana), this 120 m² villa offers a space for relaxation and a complete change of scenery in the Corsican countryside.

This lovely, tree-lined property covers an area of 2,800 m², including 400 m² available for parking up to 3 vehicles—and also set up for enjoying a delicious barbecue!!
The accommodation
It consists of 4 bedrooms ranging from 12 to 15 m², each equipped with a shower;
a 140-cm double bed, and a large built-in closet for storage.

Two bathrooms with bathtubs and toilets, as well as a separate restroom, are available for your use. This upper level of the villa also features a spacious living room where you can enjoy quality time with friends or family, as well as a large, southwestern-facing balcony designed for this purpose, allowing you to fully enjoy the sunshine.

The entire property is rented out.

The family is on-site part of the day to tend to their vegetable garden.

Un immense merci pour ce merveilleux séjour en Corse ! Ces 4 jours dans votre magnifique propriété ont été un vrai bonheur.Tout était absolument parfait : le cadre, la maison, la propreté et l’entretien, rien ne manquait !Nous avons été très touchés par votre accueil chaleureux et toutes les adorables attentions, notamment les cadeaux de bienvenue.On se sent tout de suite bien dans un endroit aussi agréable et soigné.Un grand merci également à votre frère Robert, qui a été d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour nous.Nous avons vraiment apprécié cette belle parenthèse et repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs.Encore merci pour tout, et surtout ne changez rien ! Très bon séjour. Villa propre et conforme à la description. Très bien équipée en extérieur comme en intérieur Accueil avec les spécialités culinaires de l'île de beauté. Nous conseillons fortement cette villa. Nous reviendront.

La maison est bien située, relativement proche des commerce, elle est très propre,c'est appréciable, et bien équipée. Nous avons aimé aussi que chaque chambre dispose de sa douche
