Excellent Hotel in Imperia

Great parking.

Great parking every room has parking right outside your door. Front desk friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Rooms very modern. For some reason plenty of mirrors???

Lake Como trip

No information packs in the rooms and no kettles either. Although a car isn’t needed I would suggest only book if you drive as not much round about the hotel. Wasn’t advised that rooms don’t get cleaned at weekends and also only if your out the room for 11am. Under the bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages and communal stairs were the same. No outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast very basic but nice. Reception staff were very helpful. Bed was amazing!

Room equipped with lots of mirrors, giving a shady and dirty vibe. Nasty odor in the room. Airconditioning barely working, 25 degrees in the room, way to hot. These are not standard hotel rooms, they look like rooms per hour. If you know what I mean... Room was clean though, amenities quite sparse No shower gel canister attached to the wall, used toilet roll and no reserve ones. Small shower supply amenity kit, enough towels. Adverts states there is a bar, but there's none, only breakfast. Neighborhood quite good, good Italian restaurant close by. Breakfast was surprisingly good, coffee made the Italian way and was a nice surprise. This is quite a special place (in a weird way). If you're used to normal hotel rooms, these rooms come as quite a shock. The online pictures of the rooms do not give a correct presentation on how they actually look.

Dieses „Motel“ dürfte nicht auf solch einer Platform publiziert sein!! Wir waren da mit unserer Familie inkl. Kinder. Vor dem Eingang warten Damen, die auf Ihre Kunden warten. die ganze Nacht hört man sie während Ihrer Arbeit - so laut dass man keine Minuten schlafen kann. Im Zimmer hat es einen Schrank der einen Gang zu weissnichtwohin hat - da können die Mitarbeitenden (oder wer sonst sich da befindet) reinschauen und Dinge platzieren. Das Bett war schrecklich!! Kein Duvetbezug, unhygienisch, unbequem.. alle möbel waren wirklich hässlich. Mit den Fotos hat es überhaupt nichts zu tun. Ich war schon überall auf der Welt in Hotels und das war mit Abstand meine schlimmste Erfahrung! Das sollte ein 4 Sterne Hotel sein?? Sorry wer verteilt diese Sterne? Wirklich von Herzen - geht ja nicht dorhin mit Familie oder alleine😳
