The property is old and although the rooms look nice in the photos, they are very worn. Towels thread bare, drains slow, AC loud, smoke stench everywhere, ice machines and laundry shut down. The staff was very attentive and willing to help out, gracious and prompt. The hotel serves as a cheap place to stay near the Renfro Valley entertainment center- but I should have just driven the extra 20 miles to a nicer place.
